I’m impossibly excited to welcome my favourite animal to the pages of The Grey Hound, a pangolin. Every day in the making of this magazine I enjoy learning something new, and in the past month that’s included the nocturnal habits of the creatures of Zambia’s South Luangwa National Park (leopards and pangolins among them); a recipe for a biscuit that refects the dramatic history of Venice ; where to ride a cable car between the skyscrapers of New York ; and why friendly locals might just attack me with hammers in Porto.
